東京から長い旅で体力的に疲れるものでしたが、生徒たちはパース空港に到着したときにはとても元気でした。非常に興奮していましたが、同時にホストファミリーと初めて会うことに少し緊張もしていました。7月22日はEFでの初めての授業日でした。この語学学校には現在、ドイツ、フランス、台湾、ブラジルなど、さまざまな国から約120人の学生が在籍しています。うちの和洋生の中には恥ずかしがり屋もいますが、授業や学校での交流活動中に他の生徒たちと話す勇気を振り絞ったのは良いことでした。

The flight was long and physically tiring but the students were in high spirits when they finally arrived at Perth airport. They were very excited, and at the same time, a little bit nervous to meet their host families for the first time. July 22nd was their first day of school at EF. This language school currently has about 120 students from different countries— Germany, France, Taiwan, Brazil, and so on. Some of the Wayo students are shy but it was good that they mustered the courage to speak with new students during the classes and mingling activities at school.
